This document provides detailed information about all the terms, rights and responsibilities for using the cr4444 platform — please read carefully before registering.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cr4444 platform and all its services. By registering or using the platform you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

In this document, "cr4444", "we", "our" refers to the cr4444 online betting and casino platform, which operates through the website https://cr4444.cam. "User", "you", "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

"Services" refers to all online betting, casino games, slots, sports betting and other gaming activities offered through the cr4444 platform. These Terms are made for users in Bangladesh and are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. Together these documents form the complete agreement between cr4444 and the user.

To open an account at cr4444, the user must provide accurate and complete personal information. cr4444 reserves the right to immediately close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
  • A valid mobile number and email address are required to complete account registration.
  • If needed, a national identity card or other government-issued document may be required for identity verification.
  • The account cannot be transferred to any third party.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cr4444 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, address or payment method at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. The user must submit all requested documents within the specified timeframe.

Important: cr4444 services are for persons aged 21 and above only. Registration by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited.

The user must confirm that they have reached the legal age to participate in online gaming in their place of residence and that using such services is permitted under their local law. cr4444 takes a firm stance against underage use and conducts investigations as soon as a complaint is received.

If it is proven that a person opened an account while under the age of 21, all transactions on that account will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned, however no winnings will be payable.

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your cr4444 account login details confidential. You should not share your password or login details with anyone else.

  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the cr4444 support team immediately.
  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
  • Always log out after using your account.

cr4444 will not be held responsible for any loss suffered on an account if it was caused by the user's own negligence or by sharing their password.

5.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can currently be deposited at cr4444 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • Please provide accurate payment details when making a deposit.
  • Depositing using a third-party payment method is prohibited.
  • Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • cr4444 reserves the right to initiate a verification process for any suspicious deposit.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may be longer if a verification process is underway.

  • Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made until the full wagering requirement on a bonus has been completed.
  • cr4444 reserves the right to delay any unusual or suspicious withdrawal request.
  • Once a withdrawal request has been processed, it may not be possible to cancel it.

cr4444 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Specific terms and conditions apply to claiming this bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

  • For the bonus to become withdrawable, the total of the deposit amount and the bonus must be wagered 25 times (25x).
  • Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000; ৳50,000 must be wagered to withdraw.
  • Example: ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳47,000; ৳1,175,000 must be wagered to withdraw.
  • After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time limit.
  • Each promotion may have its own terms and conditions — these are stated on the promotion page.
  • cr4444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

If evidence is found of a bonus being used improperly, cr4444 reserves the right to cancel that bonus and suspend the account. Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, using a VPN, or any other fraudulent method will be considered bonus abuse.

All games and betting activities conducted on the cr4444 platform are operated in a fair and technically verified manner.

  • All bets are considered final; cancellation of a bet is not possible except in the case of a technical error.
  • cr4444 is not obligated to pay out winnings that were awarded at an incorrect amount due to a technical error.
  • In the event of any dispute over a game result, cr4444's decision will be considered final.
  • For sports betting, settlement is completed after the official result has been published.
  • Suspicious betting patterns are monitored and an investigation may be conducted if necessary.

Participation in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

  • Using fraud, corrupted information or software to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using another person's account or payment method.
  • Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or household.
  • Placing bets with the help of automated scripts, bots or artificial intelligence programs.
  • Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to cr4444's systems or network.
  • Threatening, harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other users.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a restricted region.
cr4444 reserves the right to confiscate all balances and take legal action against anyone who participates in any of the prohibited activities listed above.

cr4444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for the reasons listed below:

  • Violation of any provision of the Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
  • Regulatory or legal requirements.

Any remaining valid balance (excluding bonuses) at the time of account closure will be returned to the user; however, if the account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, cr4444 reserves the right to confiscate all balances.

  • Losses resulting from the careless disclosure of account details.

cr4444 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered the user's acceptance of the updated Terms.
